A real agronomic calendar.

North Georgia lawns are not the lawns the marketing materials show. Our soil is clay, the summers are hot and humid, and most properties are a fescue-Bermuda transition zone where the wrong treatment at the wrong time can set the lawn back a full season. Our program is built for what actually grows here, in the order it needs to happen.

Full-program lawn care.

Fertilization rounds

Six to eight rounds per year depending on grass type. Slow-release nitrogen, balanced micronutrients, and timing that matches when the grass can actually use it.

Core aeration & overseeding

Fall core aeration to break up clay compaction, followed by overseeding with a fescue blend suited for North Georgia. Highest-ROI service for fescue lawns.

Pre-emergent & post-emergent weed control

Pre-emergent in February and September to stop crabgrass and Poa annua. Post-emergent spot treatment as needed.

Mowing (when bundled)

Weekly mowing during growing season. Heights adjusted by season and grass type. Edges and trim included.

How the program runs.

01

Lawn assessment

Soil test recommendation, grass type ID, existing issue review. We tell you what's wrong before we sell you a fix.

02

Program design

Calendar of treatments based on grass type and the North Georgia agronomic calendar. You see the whole year before signing.

03

Scheduled rounds

Predictable cadence. Text the day before each visit, summary the day after.

04

Adjusted for weather

If a heat wave or drought hits, we shift treatments. No rigid 'spray it anyway' schedule.

Common questions.

What grass type do I have, and what does that mean for treatment?

+
Most Canton-area lawns are fescue, Bermuda, or a mix. Fescue is cool-season. Bermuda is warm-season. We identify it on the first walk and tailor the program.

When should I aerate my lawn in Georgia?

+
Core aeration for fescue: September to early October. For Bermuda: late spring through early summer. Missing the window wastes the service.

How long until I see results from a lawn care program?

+
Weed control: 30-60 days. Fertilization color: 7-14 days. Aeration and overseeding: results next spring. Full recovery for a neglected lawn: 12 months consistent treatment.

Do you handle mowing too, or just treatments?

+
Either. Most clients bundle treatments + weekly mowing for simplicity. Some prefer to keep their existing mowing service. Both work.
