Premium estate landscape maintenance with fresh mulch beds along the driveway in North Georgia
Recent · Landscape Maintenance · GA

Built for the rhythm of North Georgia.

Our landscape maintenance program is built for North Georgia properties. We handle the seasonal rhythm so you don't have to think about it: fresh mulch when the beds need it, pine straw refreshes, pruning that respects how the plant actually grows, and cleanups before and after every season change. Most clients sign up for the full program because the cumulative effect is what makes a property look cared for, not just cleaned up once.

Four pillars of real maintenance.

Mulch & pine straw installation

Fresh mulch or pine straw at the right depth (2 to 3 inches), edged clean against turf. Double-shredded hardwood mulch for most beds; longleaf pine straw where the property leans natural or wooded.

Flower bed maintenance

Weeding, edging, dead-heading, and seasonal color rotations. We don't just spray Roundup at the property line. Beds get hand-pulled where it matters.

Precision pruning

Boxwoods shaped, hollies maintained at scale, ornamentals pruned at the right time of year. We know when a crape myrtle needs a haircut vs being left alone.

Seasonal cleanup

Spring cleanup to clear winter debris. Fall cleanup for leaves and bed prep. Storm debris cleanup as needed.

How the program runs.

Site walk

We walk your property, take notes on plant health, soil, drainage, and bed condition. No pressure, no upsell.

02

Custom plan

Maintenance plan built around your property's actual rhythm. You decide full-year program or seasonal touch-ups.

03

Same crew, every visit

Common questions.

How often do you visit for landscape maintenance?

+
Most residential clients are on a bi-weekly or monthly cadence depending on property size and the season. Commercial properties (HOAs, offices) usually run weekly during the growing season. We tailor the schedule to your property, not the other way around.

Do you bring your own mulch and pine straw?

+
Yes. We source from local Georgia suppliers (mostly Canton-area mulch and pine straw yards), pick the right material for your beds, and install. You don't deal with delivery, leftover bags, or hauling.

What's the difference between landscape maintenance and lawn care?

+
Lawn care is the grass (fertilization, aeration, weed control, mowing). Landscape maintenance is everything else: beds, mulch, pruning, seasonal cleanup. Many clients bundle both with us for one invoice and one crew.

Will the same crew handle my property every time?

+
Yes. We don't subcontract. The crew on your property is on our payroll, and you'll see the same faces. This is the single biggest difference between Vida and most landscaping companies in North Georgia.
